F1 180 Size Gyro Stabilized Helicopter - RTF from RotorScale - RSH1003-001
The RotorScale F01 helicopter is perfect for intermediate and advanced pilots looking for a gyro-stabilized helicopter in an All-In-One RTF ("Ready To Fly") package that includes everything you need to fly within minutes. Just add four AA batteries!
Constructed from a blend of semi-rigid composite materials, CNC aluminum, and carbon fiber, the RotorScale F01 features dual brushless motors and is built for agility.
An on-board gyro system stabilizes the helicopter in "6G" mode, allowing for easy flight to help you learn how to properly orient and control an RC helicopter. Independent brushless motors for the main rotor and tail rotor respond quickly to control inputs, and its advanced "3D" mode unlocks the full potential of this precise flying machine.
The RotorScale F01 180 size gyro stabilized helicopter delivers balanced performance and value for intermediate heli pilots sharpening their skills toward larger 3D aircraft.

High Value for High Performance The RotorScale F1 is a well balanced machine for the aspiring RC helicopter pilot. Its gyro-stabilized "6G" mode is excellent for newer pilots, and its thrilling "3D" mode unlocks an entirely more advanced type of aerial aerobatic flight performance. |

RTF - Ready To Fly Everything is included in the box except for four AA batteries. Simply charge the included flight battery with the included USB charger, insert your four AA batteries into the included radio transmitter, then read the manual in preparation for your first flight. Additional spare parts and tools are included in the box, and Motion RC's complete line of spare parts online is available to keep you flying! |

Dual Brushless Motors Most helicopters in this size range use a brushed tail motor, but the RotorScale F1 features a brushless tail motor in a CNC aluminum mount. The brushless motor is more efficient and responsive, giving you better control of the aircraft at all times. |

Futaba S-FHSS Compatible Radio System A modern 2.4GHz radio transmitter is included and arrives fully configured to fly your RotorScale F1 helicopter. Zero user programming is required. The helicopter itself is also compatible with Futaba S-FHSS compatible radio transmitters. |

CNC Metal Parts In addition to carbon fiber and durable nylon structures, the RotorScale F1 further distinguishes itself from other helicopters in its class with the F1's CNC metal parts. The entire main rotor head assembly is made of metal to provide the highest strength and rigidity to withstand the rigors of 3D flight. |

Otherwise great heli, perfect size and price, quality construction and reasonably durable. Flys smooth, responsive and stable, a big step up from the 110 size with brushed motor, the brushless tail motor is very responsive great rudder authority. This might be a little too much for a 1st time heli pilot, unless they’re very very careful, it’ll get away from you in a blink of an eye, but also makes it fun. This is the perfect size between 200 size and 100 size, small enough to fly in a large yard or street, but big enough to see and orient to. Very very stable too. Just have a low voltage cutoff on ESC and it’s PERFECT. Just remember to set a timer before taking off

Throttle and pitch curves were not set correct and if it was not for a fellow club member I would have struggled. The heli is advertised as RTF and only takes minutes to get ready for the first flight. This was not the case with mine. Now the heli has had the changes made she does flight a treat and as advertised.
